Keeping your account secure

Your account security is always top of mind for us. Here are some tips to keep your Funzz account safe and secure:

Add two contact methods to your account. This way, if one linked method is compromised, you have an alternative login method.

1. Link an email address to your Funzz account.

To link a phone number or email address to your account:

1. Tap Profile in the bottom right.

2. Tap the 3-line icon in the top right.

3. Tap Manage account.

4. Enter your email address.

5. Tap Send code and enter the verification code sent to your email on the next screen.

3. Enter your phone number

4. Tap request verification and enter the verification code sent to you via SMS on the next screen.

2. Create a strong and unique password.

Choose a password that's unique to you and difficult for others to guess.

To make a strong Funzz password:

• Aim for 12 to 15 characters long.

• Use a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

• Change your password often. We suggest updating it every 30 days.
